These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Unitas Global Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales ("Unitas Global", "we", "us").
By creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
Unitas Global provides managed hosting services including domain registration, email hosting, web hosting, and managed open-source application hosting ("Services"). The specific scope of each service is described on our website and in the order confirmation you receive upon purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account and to update this information as necessary.
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel any service at any time through your client portal or by contacting us.
Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to export it. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.
You agree not to use our services for any of the following:
Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
We target 99.9% uptime for all managed services, measured on a monthly basis. This equates to no more than approximately 43 minutes of unplanned downtime per month.
Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance wherever possible. Maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.
In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, we will provide service credits at our discretion. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash.
You retain full ownership of all data you store on our platform. We act as a data processor on your behalf and will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
We implement daily automated backups with 14-day retention on all managed plans. While we take all reasonable precautions, we recommend you maintain your own independent backups for critical data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unitas Global's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter which cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
