Once your order is confirmed and your app is deployed (usually within a few hours), we'll send you a welcome email with your custom domain, login credentials, and a quick-start guide.
How do I update my billing details?

You can manage your billing, invoices, and payment methods directly in your Upmind client portal. If you need help, contact us at billing@unitas-global.com.
What do I do if my service is down?

First check the system status panel at the top of this page. If everything shows green but your service is still down, email support@unitas-global.com and we'll investigate immediately.
How do I cancel my plan?

You can cancel anytime through your Upmind client portal, or by emailing support@unitas-global.com. Monthly plans are cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes — you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact us to make changes.
How do I restore a backup?

We keep daily backups with 14-day retention on all managed plans. To restore a backup, email support@unitas-global.com with the date you'd like to restore to and we'll handle it for you.
